Ages 3 to 5
At the Pre-Ballet stage, children begin a joyful journey into dance through exploration, imagination, and play. Following their teacher, young dancers may become playful kittens, graceful butterflies, or tiny bunnies hopping through the studio—all while developing a natural love of movement.
Through this purposeful play, students build coordination, musicality, creativity, confidence, and body awareness while learning to express themselves freely and embrace their individuality. They also begin developing important classroom skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and dancing alongside their peers.
By age six, classes gradually introduce more structured ballet technique and terminology, creating a strong foundation for continued training while keeping the joy of movement, creativity, and friendship at the heart of the experience.
